Activities for men may include early morning bike rides in the Shark Valley of Everglades National Park. The 15 mi route is flat, smooth terrain with a stop midway to refresh and admire the beauty from atop an observation tower. If time permits, there is a moment of dhikr or a beneficial reminder.

Sisters may meet up at Sanad Trust Foundation for a relaxing stretch of their heart and limbs, or at one of the many beautiful natural areas/park in South Florida for a walk, kayaking, and bike ride. In addition to light physical activity, sisters are able to reflect with dhikr and/or a beneficial reminder at the end of the lesson.
